Workshop Jam Session Preserving vegetables and fruits

Do you have more courgettes in your garden than you can eat? Do you keep getting large quantities of fruit via food sharing and don’t know how to process them?

The Leihlager is offering a jam session as part of the workshop series. Here, Sonja Grässlin from WERT!Stätte will teach you how to preserve your fruit and vegetables. Whether preserving, drying, juicing, making chutney or bouillon – during the jam session we will have various techniques and equipment from the loan store at our disposal.
A pro pos jam session: Listen to a live DJ set and if you need a break in between: find out about food rescue & sustainability and enjoy snacks and drinks.
