New opening hours from October

We have good news for you! From October 2022 we will also open on Thursdays! To make this possible, we unfortunately have to close on Monday. But this creates clarity with regular opening hours! We will also shorten our opening hours by one hour, which will give us more time to prepare the objects for you and to check them in again.

More Good News: In a few weeks our Pickup-Station will be available for you at the kHaus near the Kasernenareal. Where rentals and returns will be possible 3 additional days a week (Wednesday, Friday, Sunday) from early to late (9am to 11pm). More information will follow shortly.

New delivery conditions from October

During the Covid lockdown, we rolled out the delivery service within a few days and offered it free of charge. When we were allowed to reopen, we charged a small fee for the service. In the meantime, we drive all over the city, sometimes with trailers and sometimes with two rides. We allow ourselves to align the fees with the “usual” market prices! 🙂

We will also define the delivery window more clearly for you. This will make it easier for you to plan what time you have to be at home to receive the objects. From October it will no longer be 3h but only 1.5h!
