The collection and return invitations come from the sender “Syphere” (noreply@synomics.cloud). Usually one day before your collection or return date. If there is no such email in your inbox, please check your spam folder and add the address to your contacts (this will ensure more reliable email delivery in future). If you can’t find an e-mail in your spam folder either, give us a call or send us an e-mail.
